Greenscape Silk Design supplies artificial trees, plants, florals, related themed props, and custom designed
décor pieces for rental to the film, special event, tradeshow, and wedding industries. As well as maintaining a wide selection of rental inventory, Greenscape is a professional leader in interior landscaping and innovative décor design for commercial and residential properties. Our design team will help you create distinct décor pieces, handle the project management, and coordinate with our installation department to complete your vision onsite.
In business since 1994, with beginnings in the film and special events industry, Greenscape has years of experience in high quality service, boundless creative talent, and a commitment to shifting trends in design. By the summer of 1995, Greenscape had established itself as the largest supplier of replica rental plants, trees, florals, and related themed props in Western Canada and retains this distinction today.
Recognizing an expansion opportunity into commercial installations, Greenscape began custom designing artificial atmospheres for airports, restaurants, museums, and casinos. Whether creating the perfect tabletop centerpiece or a museum quality diorama, our goal has always been to produce the finest, most authentic permanent botanicals to meet our clients’ design needs.
Greenscape has been an integral resource and support to the designers who have created Vancouver’s most prestigious galas such as numerous events for the Vancouver Bid Committee for the 2010 Olympic Games, the Queen’s Golden Jubilee visit, and various high profile corporate clients such as Oracle, AMEX, and Electronic Arts. As well, Greenscape Silk has worked with Landscape Architects and designers on high profile, award-winning interior landscape projects such as Storyeum, the Vancouver International Airport, River Rock Casino, The Vancouver Aquarium, and Metrotown. Contemporary custom décor pieces for restaurants such as Joey’s, Moxies, and Sandman Hotels can be found across Canada and the USA.

TRUCK AND DRIVER RENTAL PROGRAM
With a small fleet of one tonne trucks, Greenscape offers truck (inclusive of our driver/labourer) rental package $50 per hour to $250 per day. Moving? Need an extra truck and crewmember for your special event? Let Greenscape help you!
ADVANTAGES OF SILKS
The craft of making silks is so specialized and detailed that it is often difficult to distinguish without close examination the difference between artificial and natural foliage.
Some of the benefits of using artificial flowers and foliage:
- They last a lot longer. Natural flowers need to be replaced every few days to keep them looking alive and blooming but your silks will be bright and healthy all year round.
